SELLING COST SAVINGS
The real estate commission is the largest fee that a seller has to pay. Traditional full-service high commission brokerages typically charge home sellers a commission amounting to about 6% of the price of their home, with 3% paid to the listing Brokerage and 3% paid to the selling Brokerage. The Seller pays the commission on both sides of the deal, usually total of 6%.
